Kampung Nasrudin nyaris gelap jika  tetangganya tidak memasang lampu di depan rumah. Dari kejauhan tampak Nasrudin sedang mengendap-endap di bawah cahaya lampu tersebut. Kadang ia berjongkok, bahkan kadang hampir tengkurab. Tampaknya ia sedang mencari-cari sesuatu. Pas ada trining di  kawasan sejuk, ada sisa waktu, lalu jalan-jalan. Kawasan Batu, Malang memang sering terpilih menjadi lokasi pelatihan outbond. Di samping udaranya yang sejuk, kota Batu juga dikenal dengan produksi apel. Nah, waktu itu aku berjalan-jalan di perkebunan apel. Kuberi pupuk yang cukup pula. Secara berkala, kusemprot dengan anti hama agar tidak dihinggapi penyakit. Sungguh bijak, jika yang harus dilihat pertama adalah:&amp;nbsp; "Apakah seseorang telah berada pada tempat yang tepat. &lt;i&gt;The right man on the right place&lt;/i&gt;" Apakah seseorang (atau lebih) telah memiliki kompetensi seperti yang dipersyaratkan oleh jabatannya &lt;i&gt;(requir jobs)&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Biasanya, sebuah organisasi perusahaan merumuskan &lt;i&gt;Competence Level&lt;/i&gt;, sebagai berikut: &lt;i&gt;Novice, Begineer Competent, Proficient&lt;/i&gt; dan &lt;i&gt;Expert&lt;/i&gt;, pada setiap jabatan masing-masing.&lt;br /&gt;Namun, walaupun serangkaian uji &lt;i&gt;skill&lt;/i&gt; telah dilaksanakan, mengapa prodiktifitasnya masih belum memadai?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tidaklah sulit untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut jika kita ingat tentang &lt;i&gt;KSA Triangel ( Knowledge, Sklill dan Attitude). &lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kemampuan (&lt;i&gt;ability, power&lt;/i&gt;) akan tercipta secara optimal jika terjadi keseimbangan antara ketiga hal tersebut. Yaitu, &lt;i&gt;knowledge, sklil&lt;/i&gt; dan &lt;i&gt;attitude.&lt;/i&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Dalam bahasa sederhana, sebut saja pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap. Atau lebih mudah lagi kita sebut tahu, bisa dan mau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pertanyaannya, bagaimana orang bisa produktif, jika tidak tahu yang harus dikerjakan?&lt;br /&gt;Jika pun tahu, apakah ia bisa melakukannya?&lt;br /&gt;Dan...yang terpenting, tahu dan bisa saja belum cukup. &lt;br /&gt;Bagaima jika ia tidak mau melakukan? &lt;br /&gt;Bagaimana jika tidak termotivasi untuk melakukannya? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seorang pemimpin yang cakap akan dapat menemukan bagaimana cara memotivasi anak buahnya. Ia tidak akan menggunakan motivasi yang manipulatif. Ia akan menemukan pendekataan yang memberdayakan, dan bukan memperdayai. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pemimpin bijak akan menemukan faktor-faktor yang dapat memotivasi bawahannya. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Motivation factor&lt;/i&gt; itu bisa ekstrinsik, bisa pula intrinsik. &lt;br /&gt;Sayangnya di Indonesia, tidak banyak pemimpin yang mumpuni seperti itu. Kalau supervisor, pengawas, manajer, boss, penguasa ...banyak!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fenomenanya adalah, banyak para karyawan yang sengaja ”memasang &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;hand-rem&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;”, sehingga menjadi hambatan yang bikin pusing para leader! &lt;br /&gt;Mobil yang kehabisan bahan bakar dapat diisi bensin. Ketika mereka membuka barang belanjaan, seekor tikus memperhatikan dengan seksama sambil menggumam, "Hmmm...makanan apa lagi yang dibawa mereka dari pasar?" Ternyata ...&lt;span id="fullpost"&gt; salah satu yang dibeli oleh petani itu adalah perangkap tikus. Sang Tikus kaget bukan kepalang. Ia segera berlari menuju kandang dan berteriak, ”Ada perangkap tikus di rumah....di rumah sekarang ada perangkap tikus...." Ia mendatangi Ayam dan berteriak, "Ada perangkat tikus".&lt;br /&gt;Sang Ayam berkata, "Tuan Tikus..., aku turut bersedih, tapi itu tidak berpengaruh terhadap diriku".&lt;br /&gt;Sang Tikus lalu pergi menemui Kambing sambil berteriak. Sang Kambing pun berkata, "Aku turut bersimpati...tapi tidak ada yang bisa aku lakukan".&lt;br /&gt;Tikus lalu menemui Sapi. Ia mendapat jawaban sama. "Maafkan aku. Tapi perangkap tikus tidak berbahaya buat aku sama sekali"&lt;br /&gt;Ia lalu lari ke hutan dan bertemu Ular. Sang ular berkata, " Ahhh...Cuma perangkap tikus kecil tidak akan mencelakai aku".&lt;br /&gt;Akhirnya Sang Tikus kembali ke rumah dengan pasrah mengetahui kalau ia akan menghadapi bahaya sendiri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Suatu malam, pemilik rumah terbangun mendengar suara perangkap tikusnya berbunyi. Itu menandakan telah memakan korban. Ketika ia melihat kesana, ternyata seekor ular berbisa terperangkap di situ. Buntut ular yang terperangkap membuat ular semakin ganas dan menyerang istri pemilik rumah. Walaupun sang Suami sempat membunuh ular berbisa tersebut, sang istri tidak sempat diselamatkan. Sang suami harus membawa istrinya kerumah sakit dan kemudian istrinya sudah boleh pulang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Namun, beberapa hari kemudian istrinya tetap demam. Ia lalu minta dibuatkan sup ceker ayam oleh suaminya (kita semua tahu, sop ceker ayam sangat bermanfaat buat mengurangi demam). Suaminya dengan segera menyembelih ayamnya untuk dimasak cekernya. Beberapa hari kemudian sakit isterinya nya tidak kunjung reda. Seorang teman menyarankan untuk makan hati kambing. Ia lalu menyembelih kambingnya untuk mengambil hatinya. Tapi, istrinya tidak sembuh-sembuh jua dan akhirnya meninggal dunia. Banyak sekali orang datang pada saat pemakaman. Sehingga sang Petani harus menyembelih sapinya untuk memberi makan orang-orang yang melayat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dari kejauhan...Sang Tikus menatap dengan penuh kesedihan.
